Most email service providers offer software features scanning, anti-virus and anti-spam functions so some emails may be sent to “Trash” or “Spam” folder. Please check your “trash” or “spam” folder and find any emails sent from NAM YANG online shop. If yes, please click “not spam” or move the email from “Trash” back to “Inbox”.
