Generally, products will be delivered to the customers on the chosen delivery date and time. If an item is not delivered on the selected date and time, our customer service staff will contact the customer for follow-up.

You can get a one-time free delivery service in Hong Kong for any purchase of HK$5000 (HK$3000 for VIP members) or more. When you purchase for an amount of less than the specified amount, you may enjoy delivery service to your billing address at additional charge specified by us.

The delivery service is only available in designated locations, and permanent addresses in Hong Kong. These include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.

The delivery service is not available to non-permanent addresses, Frontier Closed Areas, the Islands, warehouses and, premises which are not accessible by staircase and need deliver through the balcony. If there is no elevator available at a location, NAM YANG will charge an additional delivery fee per floor (except ground floor). In respect of large products and other charges, the fees shall be paid to the delivery staff in cash. For information on additional delivery charges, please contact our customer service.

1. The standard installation of non-cement air conditioner chassis includes a U-type white aluminum bracket with arm barriers and a 3-metre drain pipe
2. An electricity source must be provided by the customer which should be within half a metre of the air conditioner. Extra fees will be charged if our team needs to arrange an electricity socket.
3. The air conditioner can only be installed in a stable window or air conditioner base with enough space.

Return & Refund
The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any defects and/or damage. If any problems are found immediately, or if any products are found not up to manufacturers’ standard within 10 days of purchase , customers can call the NAM YANG customer hotline at (852) 2791 5690 to follow up. If the product is confirmed as not meeting the manufacturers’ standard, NAM YANG guarantees to exchange the product. When the product is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, customers can also enjoy the warranty service provided by dealers, or simply return the product to the manufacturer or dealer for repair.
When agreed by the customer service department and you, NAM YANG will refund any money involved in the order to your credit card bank account within about 4-8 weeks.
